Guaranteed reservation policy

1. Your reservation shall be 100% confirmed with us if 50% advance payment is deposited within 30 days from your date of booking.our reservation letter will be valid for 30 days and on not receiving of the advance payment, your rooms shall be allloted to the next waiting guests.

Cancellation policy

1. Guarantee of the rooms’ reservation and the booking is subject to the realization of an advance amount of 50%. Please keep checking with the hotel if your booking is still valid 45 days prior to guest arrival.
2. No charge is applicable if the cancellation is made prior to 45 days of guest arrival.
3. Within 45-30 days of guest arrival 20% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
4. Within 30-20 days of guest arrival 30% of the room rent shall be charges as cancellation charges.
5. Within 20-10 days of guest arrival 50% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
6. Within 10 days of guest arrival 100% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
7. There will be no charges on the amendments made prior to the 45 days of guest arrival but the new reservation confirmation is subject to the availability of the rooms on your next mentioned dates.
