Check in & Check out policy:
Check-in from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12.00 noon on the day of departure

Early Check-in policy:
Early check in charge: all arrivals prior to 7.00 am are billed from the previous night
Late Checkout policy:
The late checkout charge will be applicable as follows:
12.00 pm – 2.00 pm: resort will grant an extension without charge if requested in advance, subject to availability.

Beyond 2.00 pm: full night charge

Reservation and payment:
Rooms during the high season will be given on first come first served basis
Other international & regional guests can make payment through bank transfer
Full deposit of the total room cost including taxes to confirm your booking
All local agencies payment to be made in cheque only within 30 days of bill submission. A penalty of 25% per month will be charged on dues not cleared after due date.
If any guests, after arriving wish to upgrade their rooms, the up gradation will be allowed only after full payment of the extra charge is made
All reservations require a writing confirmation number from the hotel to be considered as formal
All reservations require at least the name of the client, ID number, telephone number of email address
Any guest must be over 18 years old to book a room. On travel agencies’ reservation, guest must present the agency voucher during the check in process so the resort can confirm all the services to provide

Cancellation:
Cancellation of confirmed booking (30 days prior to the check in will be charged 50%, 75% for 15 days and 100% for last minute or no show. These charges are only for the rooms.
