Terms and conditions:

1. 10% BST and 10% service charge will be applicable
2. The rates do not include any and all other incidental charges (including but not limited to the charges incurred from the external telephone charges made to and from your room, laundry charges, pay per view movies etc). Such charges will be charged to the guests directly. If the guest fails, neglects or refuse to make any payment of any of such charges shall be forwarded or billed to the Travel agent

4. Extra bed: shall be made available upon request @ Nu.900++ per bed per night
5. No discount shall be applicable for extra bed and all meals except for children below 10 years (50%)
6. All cancellations must be informed 30 days prior to arrival date (during peak season) and 15 days (during off season)
7. Cancellation received less than 30 days (peak season) & 15 days (off season) prior to the arrival date shall be charged 50% of the total amount
8. In case of last moment cancellation and no shows, 100% of the total amount shall be charged
9. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice
