Terms and conditions:

1. 10% BST (Bhutan Sales Tax) and 10% Service charge will be applicable

5. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
1. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
2. All changes to reservations and any cancellations must be in writing and has to be made through
corresponding email ID reservation@hotelpedling.com. Kindly consider the confirmation of your
cancellations, ONLY by return email acknowledging your cancellation.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
-Within 14 days of arrival/ No shows-
100% of the total amount
-Prior to 14 days of arrival-
70% of the total amount
-Prior to 30 days of arrival-
50% of the total amount

Check In & Check Out Policy:
a) Check in time is 3 PM-9 PM
b) Check out time is 12 Noon
c) For check outs beyond 12 pm, we will grant an extension without charge if requested in advance,
subject to availability.
d) Beyond 6 pm full night charges
e) All arrivals prior to 6 am are billed from the previous night.

Infant/Child Policy:
a) Children under 6 years and below sharing room with parent without extra bed, complimentary on rooms and breakfast.
Children between 6 to 12 years, 50% charge on Food

Mode of Payment:
a) 100% deposit required within one month from the date of booking.
b) Reservations held will be released if failure to make FULL payment by the given due date. No
notice will be sent, advised or emailed. Please send a copy of remittance receipt via
reservation@hotelpedling.com.
