Terms and conditions:

1. 10% BST (Bhutan Sales Tax) and 10% Service charge will be applicable
2. The published rate will not include breakfast

5. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice

Reservation and Cancellation policy:
1. All sales will be charged a 10% sales tax and 10% service charge.
2. All reservation will be issued with a reservation voucher that the clients will require to sign/seal and will be counter signed by the Hotel.
3. All reservations following signature of the reservation voucher, an advance deposit of 50% of the total room charge shown in the Reservation voucher will be required.
4. Reminder 50% must be paid on the day before or at check out time
5. Any reservation NOT meeting the 50% advance deposit 10 days from the signed reservation voucher date, the rooms will be released/cancelled automatically.
6. Any Reservation Cancellation 40 days before guest arrival date, the 50% advance deposit will be forfeited and rooms cancelled
7. While the hotel management may inform the above actions with clients, it will be the responsibility of the clients to ensure and avoid any cancellation(s), which if happens, the hotel management will NOT be responsible for any cancellation of rooms and forfeiture of the advance deposit
8. During Peak season, cancellation within 30 days before arrival will be charged full
9. No shows and early departure will be charged in full
10. Late check-out should be informed and will be subject to room availability
